Reflow furnace/welding is one of the three main processes in SMT installation. Reflow welding is mainly used to weld the installed components of the circuit board by heating the solder paste to melt the solder paste, so that the patch assembly and the PCB solder pad are fused together, and then by cooling the reflow of the solder paste to cool the components and the solder pad to cure together.
principle
A. When the PCB enters the heating zone, the solvent and gas in the solder paste evaporate. At the same time, the flux in the solder paste wets the pad, assembly ends, and pins.
B. When CB enters the insulated area, the PCB and components are fully preheated to prevent the PCB from suddenly entering the welding high temperature area and damaging the PCB and components.
C. When the PCB enters the welding zone, the temperature rises rapidly, causing the solder paste to melt, the liquid solder to moisten, diffuse, diffuse or reflow the solder joints on the pad, the component ends and pins of the PCB.
