Geemblue Magnetized Fenton Process

Use fixed-point removal method to oxidize COD , H202 consumption is extremely low, 40% cheaper than traditional Fenton.

Firstly magnetize the wastewater, change the arrangement position between pollutant molecules and water molecules, so that hydroxyl radicals can easily contact COD ,

Advantage

1. No filler require - Save customers’ consumable costs and electricity cost. The COD removal rate and operating costs are better than the agreed in the contract.

2. Ultra-low operation cost - Before the transformation: the comprehensive cost per ton of water was about 0.29USD. After the transformation: the actual comprehensive cost was about 0.11 USD, save 0.18 USD per ton of water

3. Strong impact resistance - In June 2022, the owner relaxed the the COD of the secondary sedimentation tank effluent from 120 to 180. We still achieve the standard by adjusting the dosage of chemicals.
