Are sandal sizes the same as your regular shoe size?

They will be the same size within brands, as they each have their own shoe lasts, ( forms) which they use as a guide when constructing shoes. I have one brand that fits my foot so exactly that I can confidently order shoes from their website. I've never had to send a pair back, including sandals and boots.

That is why people often find one brand of shoes that fits their feet beautifully while a similar shoe from another brand may be less comfortable. It’s all in the lasts.
