When the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher works, the motor drives the pinion of the crusher, the pinion drives the big gear, the big gear assembly (big gear, big gear frame, eccentric steel sleeve) drives the eccentric sleeve assembly (eccentric cylinder sleeve, eccentric copper sleeve) and the main shaft assembly (spindle, inner cone, inner cone liner plate) centers on the theoretical vertical line, rotates in the copper bush, and the main shaft assembly is in the eccentric copper sleeve. Spindle rotation can be achieved by centerline of spindle. When the airplane is running, the eccentric sleeve assembly "holds" the spindle assembly and rotates with the big gear. When the material is added to the crushing chamber, the spindle assembly (spindle, inner cone) rotates slowly in the eccentric copper sleeve under the resistance of the material. The trajectory of the inner cone seems to oscillate back and forth in the crushing chamber, while slowly rotating. The material is crushed by the swinging inner cone. When metal blocks and other non-fragile objects fall into the crusher, the dynamic cone of the single cylinder is supported by the bottom hydraulic piston, which plays the role of adjusting the discharge outlet and protecting the iron passage, repeatedly lifting and removing blockage.
Adjustment of outlet size: The first function of the bottom hydraulic cylinder is to adjust the upper and lower position of the spindle so as to adjust the spacing between the moving cone and the outer cone liner. The smaller the spacing is, the smaller the discharging granularity of crusher is; the larger the spacing is, the larger the discharging granularity of crusher is. At the same time, choosing different crushing chamber and different eccentric sleeve can also change the size of material.
