The concrete pump truck SWCTP67B is the lightweight series of concrete pump. The concrete pump truck is ahead of the domestic industry by its excellent quality of “safety / reliability / green & advances”, and synchronized with the international advanced technology. It is the pump truck with the longest boom frame & "X" type legs in the world.
Main technical highlights of the products
Benz chassis equipped with 5 axles. The chassis is provided with high power & high torque & high efficiency in saving energy & strong off-road capability. The first & second axles are front steering axles, the fifth axle is the active rear steering axle of hydraulic + mechanical mode, and driving stability & flexibility are high. The whole vehicle is short, beautiful appearance.
Directly take force from the chassis engine. Directly take force from gearbox of the original Mercedes Benz engine,
abandoning the traditional force-taking mode from transfer case of the pump truck, reliability and stability are high when working.
7-section "RZ" type folding-jib. Self-developed computer’s simulating and optimized algorithm for boom frame of the pump truck is far ahead of the peers. The meticulous structural layout of boom frame of the pump truck is the most compact model among the existing pump truck. Based on the biomimetic 7-section technology, to extend jibs easily, spreading range of the boom frame is wide, and spreading is flexible, the maximum spreading height is 67 meters.
The leg can extend flexibly and the vehicle is highly stable. The leg structure that the first 3 grades stretch by “X" type along plus rear swing greatly improves stability of the pump truck. With the unilateral operation function, meet the construction requirements of the narrow site.
Using the industry’ leading technology of fully hydraulic reversing open system. The extraction & control of the reversing signals are all completed by the hydraulic system, which can avoid electrical reliability problems caused by frequent triggering and harsh environment, low maintenance cost in the later period for users.. Reversing reliability is in a comprehensive leading position in the industry, and reversing time can be 40% shorter than the existing domestic advanced level.
To optimize the reversing sequence, by controlling reversing sequence of the main cylinder & the swing cylinder,to reduce air suction, improve efficiency of the concrete inhalation, at the same time improve continuity of pumping concrete, pumping efficiency is increased by 5%. Volume of the flow-passing main valve is decreased by 50% compared with the current domestic advanced level, the weight is reduced by 50%, reduce the hydraulic losses of more than 0.5MPa.
