Sinoway amphibious excavator is specially designed for swamp earthmoving applications, with a pair of steel pontoons with several compartments built in as undercarriage, swamp excavator is able to work in soft terrain with much lower ground pressure than normal hydraulic crawler excavators. Main Features
Equipped with Cummins ngine with good performance and reliability.
The special undercarriage, fitted with square hollow steel shoes and floating seal rollers, gives exceptional mobility on wetland and
swamps. It boosts buoyancy and ruggedness too. The machine can be easily knocked down for quick transport to the next job site, as the
upperstructure is bolted to the undercarriage through the support beam, and hydraulic piping employs quick couplers.
The boom is with large cross-section, high-rigidity box-shaped structure, through optimizing procession, to reduce the negative intensity welding, to make the machine also suitable for heavy-load operations. The main hinged parts are all forgings structure, which prevent focusing the stress, at the same time, improving the strength of high strength wear-resistance are utilized at the boom-stick and the cylinder
mounting area, which provide a better lubrication and higher durability.
Each track driven by axial piston motor through spur wheel double reduction gear for counterrotation of the tracks.
Parking brake is spring-set/hydraulic-released disc type. Travel shockless relief valve built in travel motor absorbs shocks when stopping travel.
The operator cabin is supported with innovative silicone rubber shock absorber, which minimize the shock brought by the rough terrain and engine or hydraulic vibration and impact transmitted to the cabin, increase the stability of cabin and improve the operators’ sitting quality and operating comfort.
