Rotary drilling rig is a construction machine suitable for forming holes in building foundation engineering. It is widely used in various foundation construction such as cast-in-place pile, continuous wall and foundation reinforcement. The rated power of rotary drilling rig is generally 125-450kW. The output torque is 120-400kN·m, the maximum hole diameter can reach 1.5~4m, and the maximum hole depth is 60-90m, which can meet the requirements of various large-scale foundation construction.
Hydraulic rotary drilling rig generally adopts hydraulic crawler-type telescopic chassis, self-lifting foldable mast, telescopic drill pipe, automatic verticality detection and adjustment, digital hole depth display, etc. The operation of the whole rig generally adopts hydraulic pilot control and load sensing, which has the characteristics of easy operation and comfort. The main and auxiliary hoists can be applied to various situations in the construction site. This kind of drilling rig, with different drilling tools, is suitable for dry (short spiral) or wet (rotary bucket) and rock (core drill) drilling operations. It can also be equipped with long spiral drill, underground diaphragm wall grab, vibration pile hammer and so on. It can achieve a variety of functions, mainly for municipal construction, highway bridges, industrial and civil buildings, diaphragm wall, water conservancy, anti-seepage slope protection and other foundation construction.
