Road Construction Equipment
Synchronous chip seal truck is one of the most successful road-resurfacing methods, designed to extendthe life of a road’s driving surface. The chip seal process involves applying a layer of asphalt emulsion andaggregate rock over the road. The process consists of liquid asphalt, immediately followed by rock chips.
Synchronous chip sealer is developed by Sinoway in accordance to international standards. It is widely used in road surface constructions. It can spray asphalt and aggregate simultaneously and as well as sprat separately. Road surface construction by synchronous chip sealer has the advantages of cost savings, wear resistance and slip avoidance of road surface, and good waterproof ability.
Main Advantages

Intelligent control of asphalt spraying quantity, high spraying accuracy, the spraying process is controlled by computer in time and throughout, and the spraying quantity is not affected by vehicle speed;
Intelligently control the amount of gravel spreading, with high precision. The spreading process is controlled by the computer in time and throughout the whole process, and the spreading amount is not affected by the speed of the vehicle.
Intelligent linkage asphalt and gravel synchronous seal;
It has advanced heating system and circulating heat preservation system to ensure the smooth flow of pipes and nozzles without diesel cleaning;
The spraying pipe is folded and lifted by hydraulic pressure;
With special silos, it can effectively solve the construction problems under viaducts and in tunnels and ensure the relative stability of the center of gravity.
Modular design is adopted in the control system. Low failure rate, fast and simple maintenance;
It has the function of heating and heat preservation during driving.
Hand-held spraying system with heat conducting oil heating is equipped to spray asphalt on special parts of pavement.
Effectively solve the problem of no overlap of single layer on both sides of asphalt spraying, thus improving the sealing quality;
Full pneumatic opening and closing of the material gate and nozzle cylinder. The computer can control each material gate and nozzle separately.
A monitoring system is set up to observe the spraying process at any time through the display screen.
It has the function of self-priming and self-discharging, and can carry out self-adding and self-discharging asphalt.
