Main structure:

The concrete pressure bleeding instrument is mainly composed of hydraulic jack, pressure gauge, upper cover piston, test cylinder, base, etc.

Maintenance:

1. After each test, the instrument shall be washed with water and wiped dry. If it is not used for a long time, the part surface without paint shall be coated with oil for rust prevention.

2. During installation, the test cylinder shall not be upside down, and a little grease shall be applied on the outside of its lower end, so that it can be smoothly inserted into the base and sealed with the "0" ring.

3. If the pressure cannot be increased due to oil loss of the oil pump, open the rear cover of the oil pump, press the hexagonal socket bolt, add 20 # engine oil and reinstall it.

Usage method:

1. Open the upper cover, put the concrete mixture to be tested into the test cylinder, use the tamping rod to tamp 25 times from the periphery to the center, add the piston, unscrew the piston's air outlet screw, press the piston down to the surface just touching the concrete, tighten the air outlet screw, cover the upper cover tightening nut, and connect the quick connector between the manual pump and the jack (see the structural diagram for details)

2. Connect the manual oil return valve and tighten it clockwise. Pull the handle of the manual pump to increase the oil pressure to 30mpa (indicated by the pressure gauge). At this time, the pressure of the piston on the concrete mixture is 3.0mpa

3. When the oil pressure reaches 30Mpa, immediately open the bleeding valve, connect the bleeding into a 1000ml measuring cylinder, start timing at the same time, and read the bleeding volume V1 and V140 respectively in 10s and 140s as the basic data for calculating the bleeding rate.

4. After obtaining the data, unscrew the oil return valve anticlockwise to depressurize the system, remove the upper cover and the test cylinder, place the test cylinder on the stripper (attached accessories), cover the upper cover, and tighten the two nuts. Tighten the oil return valve in a clockwise direction, pressurize the jack until the concrete and piston fall off automatically, remove the upper cover and the test cylinder, unscrew the oil return valve, and manually press back the jack piston. One test is completed.
