Description:

It is used for indoor simulation of the polishing effect of automobile tires on the road surface. By accelerating the polishing of the aggregate used for the road surface, the polishing value of the aggregate is measured to evaluate the anti polishing performance of the aggregate, so as to provide scientific basis for selecting appropriate surface aggregate to pave sections with different friction coefficient requirements and for reasonably developing and utilizing stone resources, and create conditions for shortening the research period of anti-skid pavement, It provides technical reference for developing high quality artificial aggregate.

Structure:

• Transmission mechanism: including motor, synchronous gear, rubber wheel assembly, etc., used to transmit power and change speed ratio.
• Road wheel device: used to install 14 test pieces.
• Sand sliding device: it is composed of sand bucket, support and sand sliding mechanism, which is used to store abrasive and control sand sliding.
• Water supply system: including water storage bracket, water supply vessel, flowmeter and water pipe, which is used to control the water flow.
• Load adjustment mechanism: including handwheel and cam, which is used to support counterweight and adjust the pressure between rubber wheel and road wheel.
• Counterweight device: including lever, counterweight and shield, which is used to ensure the specified pressure on road wheels.
• Test mold: used for making stone polishing test pieces.
• Electric control device: it is used to control the number of revolutions required by the road wheel and the amount of sand.
