High Oil Output Black Oil Waste Engine Oil Refining Plant for making diesel

Waste engine oil can be refined into valuable diesel fuel through catalytic cracking and high temperature distillation technology. It is a distillation device based on pyrolysis catalytic technology. After the oil is distilled and catalyzed by the distillation plant, the main parameters of the final product are the same as diesel, the color is light yellow, and the color is bright.

Used Oil Distillation plant works as follows:
1. Pump waste oil into distillation reactor by oil pump.
2. Heat the reactor, and the liquid oil will slowly become oil gas, oil gas will go through catalytic chamber and condenser, then diesel will be cooled out first by controlling the temperature over 150 Celsius degrees.
3.The gasoline will be cooled out when the temperature is below 150 Celsius degrees, the rest of the system is same as pyrolysis system.

2. Environmentally friendly in the whole operation, no smoke, no odor, without secondary pollution, the whole process is all sealed, won’t release any gas harmful to human and environment,
3. Series BOD System can recycle & distill various dirty black oils including waste engine oil, lube oil, gasoline oil, diesel oil, rubber oil, plastic oil, and other lubricant oil, and convert them to diesel oil and gasoline oil.
4. High quality and quantity of refined oil obtained through output, no any discoloration caused by oxidation, no any bad smelling/ odor.
5. Low operation cost only contains followings:
1) catalyst chemical, cost less than USD 30 to refine one ton of waste oil.
2) Heat energy consumption: 105 kcal per ton of waste oil
3) Power consumption: 40 KW to recycle 1 ton of waste oil
6. With High degree of automation in the whole operation, advanced designing and fabrication technology.
7. Adopt the water circulation method on atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, very safe. And after decompression on the whole system, refined oil’s production quantity and quality are increased obviously.
8. The whole process is performed without acid and clay which are forbidden in many countries already.
9. High effective heating system: many heating sources can be used such as natural gas, furnace oil, coal, etc..
10. Low cost: only cost about USD30 of Pre-treatment reagent when treat 1 ton used oil. The Pre-treatment reagent is basic chemical material, can buy in every country, without any restrictions.

Advantages:
This oil distillation system has Widely usage: can treat all kinds of waste dirty oil like used engine oil, diesel oil, rubber oil and other waste lube oil, also a variety of waste industrial oil to be new base oil. High recovery rate: Base oil: 85%~95%; gasoline3%; diesel:3-4%; sludge:6%~8%.Do not need acid and clay, get high quality base oil : No unsaturated composition, can storage in a long-term without change its color, also no any bad smell.
