Raw materials: Waste tyres, waste rubber and waste plastics, etc.

Final products: Steel wires, fuel oil, carbon black and sync gas...

The usage of the final products:

Steel wires: 12%-15% from tyres, to be sold or reprocessed

Fuel oil: Widely used in industries such as steel and iron factories, ceramics or chemical industries or hotels, restaurants etc. as fuel oil, or used for heavy oil generators to get electricity.
Carbon black: Crude carbon black can be used for construction bricks, or widely used as industrial carbon black N774, N660, N330 or color carbon after deep-process.

4. Double tail-gas recycling and burning system, saving energy.

5. Q245R boiler plate, high temperature resistance, thickness reaches 14mm,guarantee 4-7 years service lives. and optional plate is Q245R.

Safety system:

1. Auto welding to improve working efficient, ensure machine quality, avoid accident.
2. Special design to avoid the jam with X-ray test, ensure safety running.
3. Vacuum system ensures the whole line working well.

Environmental protection:
1. Dust and sulfur removal system remove smoke and sulfur.
2. The exhaust gas (include methane to butane) will be directly recycled to furnace for fuel, no gas pollution.

High oil yield:
