These cameras respectively capture EL infrared images and visible light images, ensuring comprehensive detection across both imaging spectra and the high-quality output in the solar production line.
By utilizing multi-station image acquisition and multi-camera image stitching, the EL tester and AOI appearance tester generate complete EL and visible images of the solar panel. This method guarantees high imaging quality and a small window feature for viewing detailed sections, which is essential for accurately identifying both EL defects and appearance defects on solar panels.
