Quality Control Process

Our quality control process at Yoha Solar is designed to monitor, inspect, and improve the manufacturing process to ensure the highest standards in product quality. We focus on both proactive quality planning and reactive quality assurance to achieve excellence in our solar products.

1. Incoming Material Inspection:

  • All raw materials, including photovoltaic cells, modules, and components, are thoroughly inspected for compliance with quality standards.
  • Certificates of analysis and supplier quality reports are reviewed to verify material specifications.

2. In-Process Quality Control:

  • During the manufacturing process, we monitor key parameters such as cell efficiency, electrical performance, and physical dimensions.
  • Random sampling and testing are performed regularly to ensure products meet specified tolerances and performance criteria.

3. Final Product Inspection and Testing:

  • Every solar module undergoes a series of rigorous tests including Electroluminescence (EL) imaging, IV curve testing, and visual inspection to detect any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Testing parameters include: open circuit voltage (Voc), short circuit current (Isc), maximum power (Pmax), fill factor (FF), and efficiency.

4. Performance Testing:

  • After assembly, we conduct environmental and stress testing to simulate real-life conditions such as temperature changes, humidity, and mechanical load.
  • The modules are subjected to UV exposure, thermal cycling, and mechanical load tests to ensure durability and long-term performance.

5. Packaging and Delivery Inspection:

  • Before shipping, products undergo a final inspection to verify proper packaging and ensure safe delivery.
  • Products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation, and compliance with international shipping standards is ensured.

Continuous Improvement:

At Yoha Solar, quality control is not a one-time process but an ongoing effort. We encourage feedback from customers, suppliers, and internal teams to identify areas for improvement. Regular training, audits, and system updates are carried out to enhance our products and processes, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of the solar industry.
