Working principle:
The solar sun tracker is a kind of power unit that can maintain the solar cell board facing the sun, so the sunlight can vertically ray on the board that can obviously raise the module's electricity generation efficiency. Solar tracker controller is a system that tests and optimizes the tracking accuracy of single-axis solar trackers. It accurately monitors second by second the inclination of PV modules, analytically calculates the deviation from the optimal tilt, and generates the tilt-correction parameters delivering optimized alignment and maximized energy production.
In traditional fixed type plants, the power output follows a bell curve during the day, it gradually increases until peaking at noon, then begin to decrease. However, in single axis solar tracker plant, we get the maximum power from early morning and this output is maintained until late afternoon. Hence, the performance will be increased of approximately 25% as compared to the fixed PV installation.
Our solar sun tracker choose the slew drive, enabling each row to be independently controlled by its own motor with the tracking method ‘Astronomical algorithm + closed-loop control’. making the system accurate and reliable, real-time closed-loop feedback tracking angle, automatic tracking, without human intervention.

3. Power-off memory: There is a backup battery inside the system, which can ensure that the system power-off data is not lost, and automatically enters the running state after power-on.
