Worm Gear Small Slew Drive, Low Speed And High Transmission Rate For Solar Panel Tracking System
Description
Worm gear slewing drive, also named as slewing reducer. It is commonly composed of worm, slewing bearing, housing, motor adapter, end cap and other components. By adopting slewing bearing as its core component, slewing drive can bear axial force, radial force and tilting moment simultaneously. Comparing with SE series slewing drive, WEA series have the advantages of better protective performance, great transmission torque, better impact resistance and long working life.
Worm gear slewing drive is widely applied in the relatively rotary parts of machinery such as aerial working machinery truck crane Rock drill, drilling machine grasping wood machine, code molding machine and solar energy field such as Solar tracking system, CSP, CPV.
DC Gear Motor
DC motor with planetary gearbox is for driving heavy loads. The encoder is mounted on the shaft and provides a quadrature output for precise reading of the motors relative position. It can be used for feedback of movements.
The stepper motor adopts the direct control mode, and its main command and control variables are step position. The DC motor is based on the motor voltage as the control variable, with the position or speed as the command variable. The DC motor requires a feedback control system, and he will indirectly control the position of the motor. Stepper motor systems are mostly operated in an "open-loop manner".
