IP66 Slewing Drive Product Description
VE9 is a standard type of slewing drive which is widely used in horizontal single axis solar tracking system.
For solar tracking system, according to their construction characteristics, solar trackers are divided to:
1. tilted trackers
Tilt trackers are the simplest to make and rotate around the east - west axis. The solar panel rises or falls (usually manually twice a year) towards the horizon, so that the angle to the ground is statistically optimal according to seasonality. These trackers offer an increase in production of less than 10%, to rarely justify a servomechanism.
2. horizontal single trackers
Flat Single trackers aim to follow the sun throughout the sky on their daily journey, regardless of the season of use. In this case, the axis of rotation is north-south, while the height of the Sun above the horizon is ignored. These trackers are particularly suitable for low-latitude countries, where the sun's path is, on average, wider during the year. The rotation required for these structures is wider than the inclination, sometimes up to ± 60 °.
These followers allows to increase energy production by approximately 15%, compared to a fixed photovoltaic system.
3. dual axis trackers
Solar trackers with two degrees of freedom
The most sophisticated solar trackers have two degrees of freedom, with the aim of perfectly aligning the orthogonal photovoltaic panels with the sun's rays in real time. The cheapest, but not the only, way to do them is to mount one tracker on another. With these solar trackers there are increases in the production of electricity that reach up to 35% -40%.

Shipping Term: by express; by air; by land; by sea.
For samples, since the slew drive is with small dimension but heavy weight weight, it's not cost effective shipping by sea while the express shipping the cost-effective way, our logistitic staffs will asked TNT, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, to compare the express price in order to find the most cost effective way.
If in bulk order in the future, we recommend ship by sea.
Note:
Express: door to door, just need to pay the import tax if required by the custom.
By air or by sea: factory to destination airport/sea port, need pay destination fee charged by the airport(the destination fee is always charged by per B/L regardless of the package is big, small, heavy or light, in gerneral 200~400 USD per cargo) and import tax if required by the custom.
By train: sometimes the shipping price is the same as sea but taking less shipping time than sea, we will take this shipping way into consideration if the goods are in urgent need by our clients.
