Worm Gear Slewing Ring Bearing Description
The slewing drive is a perfect motion control product for the application which requires rotational torque strength, low speed and good accuracy.
Slew drive for solar: it is designed in solar photovoltaic panel rotation and improves power generation efficiency. Applicaiton in Parabolic CSP
Slewing drives are a perfect rotating part for CSP parabolic trough. A parabolic trough applies sun-tracking curved mirrors (called parabolic troughs) to maximize the sun’s energy and consequently the efficiency of heat production. The sun's rays are captured and reflected onto a receiver pipe filled with a heat transfer fluid (water or thermal oil) that is located in the central point of the troughs.
