CE Single Axis Worm Gear Slew Drives, 12 Inches Solar Panel Tracking System
Worm Gear Slew Drives Description
Slew drive is a new kind of slew products, easy to mount and save more space. Slew drive consists of worm, slew ring, hosing, motor and so on. The core part is slewing bearing, so slew drive can also bear axial, radial loading and titling moment at the same time.

Applications
Single axis tracking system
Single-axis tracking is easy to form a linkage structure, with various layout schemes, and an electric push rod linkage scheme can also be added to further reduce the cost of the power structure and control system.
Dual axis tracking system
With dual-axis tracking system, it is difficult to make a linkage scheme, and the number of components will be limited. In addition, due to the dual-axis tracking system, there are two independent power actuators. Compared with the single-axis complex control system. This creates a problem of troublesome equipment maintenance. And the investment is relatively much higher than the single axis
Comprehensively compare the structural maintenance features of horizontal single-axis tracking, inclined single-axis tracking, and dual-axis tracking, as well as the increase rate of power generation, in areas with a latitude below 30 degrees, it is suitable to use a horizontal single-axis tracking system or an inclined single-axis tracking system. Areas with latitude higher than 35 degrees are suitable for dual-axis tracking systems.
