3 Inches Dual Axis Slew Drive With Stepper Motor For Heliostat Solar Power System
Dual Axis Slew Drive Description
The slewing drive device has a high holding torque, which can greatly improve the safety of the solar tracking system. The internal structure is a double-enveloping worm and a high-strength gear with a nitrided tooth surface, which makes the transmission more stable and efficient. Multi-tooth contact ensures high loads. And with a reverse locking function, it strengthens the stability and safety of the system.

Applicatons
Solar tower solar thermal systems (SPT) are an efficient thermal renewable energy source designed to absorb direct sunlight on a central collector using thousands of electrically driven moving reflectors. The accuracy of the reflector tracking system depends on the effectiveness of the drive system used and the robustness of the control technique used. As the core component in the drive system, the slewing drive directly has a significant impact on the stability of the entire system.
