9 Inches Vertical Solar Tracker Slew Drive, IP66 Enclosed Housing For Renewable Energy
Enclosed Slew Drive Description
Enclosed IP66 slewing drives are powered with hourglass worm technology for maximum gear torque and the smoothest rotation. Typical slew drive applications include solar industry, truck cranes, man lifts, and utility equipment, hydraulic attachments, oil tool equipment, marine cranes, tire handlers, digger s and automotive lifts, but the slew drives are used in many other applications requiring load holding and rotational capability. We offer different slew drive models with different moment load capacities.

Applications
Solar Tracking System
When the sun's rays are perpendicular to the panel, the solar energy receives the most solar energy and generates the highest power. But the earth is revolving and rotating all the time, so the angle of the sun's rays is changing all the time. As for the fixed bracket, because the battery panel is fixed, it cannot guarantee that the sun's rays are perpendicular to the battery panel as much as possible, and the solar energy cannot be fully utilized. Therefore, the use of the slewing drive tracking system is to aim at the sun as much as possible, so that the sun rays receive more sunlight per unit area of the battery panel, thereby increasing the power generation. At present, the tracking system includes two categories: single-cycle tracking system and dual-axis tracking system. Single-axis tracking system is further divided into horizontal single-axis tracking system and oblique single-axis tracking system.
