Enclosed House Slewing Drives, 12 Inches IP66 With AC Motor For Truck Cranes
Enclosed House Slewing Drives Description
We offer quality enclosed slewing drive specially designed for aerial working platform and construction machinery. Our enclosed slewing drive equipment is also widely used in PV, CPV, STP, CSP solar tracking systems applications.
We adopt trict product quality testing process.
We are conducting overall quality control from raw material to the finished product, each process will be inspected by special-occupied inspectors with detection equipments testing method.
We can do slewing drive working life testing, the slewing drive rotating on the test tooling with customer’s axial load, radial load & tilting moment. Bearings, gears, bolts, and assemblies are evaluated on several factors that can impact performance, including strength and integrity, load and speed, torque and vibration, metallurgic and dimensional characteristics, and environmental impacts. Other testings can be conducted according to customers' needs, to ensure that custom specifications are met, and analyze failure and wear.
The life cycle test confirms that any changes to components, materials, or manufacturing process won't negatively impact the bearing and worm's characteristics. slewing drive's working life test are not just theoretical computations, they must be proven in exhaustive testing.

Applications
Slewing drives are used when a structural part in a machine needs to be rotated along a fixed axis in the opposite direction to the other, while at the same time ensuring an axial and radial connection between the two parts.
