Description

Goyen Aluminum pilot valve 3.2 mm 110 V AC 1/8 " RCA3D pulse jet valve

Suitable for
AII Goyen dust collector diaphragm valves.

Installation
1. Prepare pilot mounting hole in panel to
019.3/19.4 (0.760"). Panel thickness must exceed 1 .5mm (0.062").
2. Ensure o-ring is in place before tightening locknut. Preferably install pilot valves with solenoid on top.
3. For reliable operation ensure supply voltage is within -10% and +15% of rated solenoid voltage. Replace components within 1 million cycles (refer to Spare Parts)

Option:

1 Waterproof enclosure with embedded screw terminal coil according to protection class IP67, CEE 10
2 Explosionproof solenoids for hazardous locations according to “ATEX” (CENELEC) and national standards
3 Explosionproof and watertight solenoids according to “NEMA” standards
4 Hose connection executions (3" only)
5 Compliance with “UL” standards
6 Plug with visual indication and/or peak voltage suppression
7 Electronic timer
8 Valves can also be supplied with FPM (fluorelastomer) diaphragms and seals. Use the appropriate suffix letter for identification

Directions:

1 For compression fitting types tightness is achieved by the compressed gasket on the blow tube
2 Other pipe threads are available on request
3 Installation/maintenance instructions are included with each valve
4 Spare parts kit and replacement coils are available
5 Prepare supply and blowtube pipes to suit valve specification. Avoid installing valves underneath the tank.
6 Ensure tank and pipes are free from dirt, rust or other particulate.
7 Ensure supply air is clean and dry.
8 Mount valves to inlet pipes and blowtube to valves, ensuring no excess thread sealant can enter the valve itself.
9 Apply moderate pressure to system and check for installation leaks.
10 Fully pressurise system.
11 Test fire and listen for proper actuation and crisp pulse noise.
