Features:

1. Widely used

The corrosion-resistant ink supply channel supports all kinds of ink.
Based on GEN4, GEN5 print head has more nozzles and higher density.

A wide range of ink types. UV ink, solvent ink, water-based ink, oily ink and others are all available.

2. High Resolution

GEN5 print head has 1280 nozzles with 600dpi resolution, so a small amount of nozzles can realize vivid printing.

3. Multi_Color in one head

With independent ink supply system. One print head can print 4 colors (GEN5C4) at most.

4. Multi-segment of grey scale

The maximum segment is 8 units with good color performance. Actual number of segment is variable according to different ink types.

5. Convenient installation and maintenance

There are locating pins on the print head. According to the locating pins, the print head can be adjusted easily during installation or maintenance.

6. Adjustable ink drop volume

Multi pulse drive can keep drop volume between 7pl and 35pl.

7. Internal ink heating system

There is a heating plate inside the print head. Ink can be heated to 60 degrees. The device is suitable for high viscosity ink.
