SONBORN will cover all the return/exchange shipping costs if you've received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged. For return isn't a result of a SONBORN error, the cost of return/exchange shipping should be paid by yourself.

Repair

SONBORN provides a free repair service within a warranty period, but the repair shipping cost will be paid by yourself.
