Product introduction
The product uses the 5 th generation FPGA chip and AI deep learning algorithm fusion technology. With the high-speed high-resolution industrial HD cameras, the sorting machine can reach 0.6-1 tons each hour. Because of the adoption of 360° rotating scanning and one-key multiple configurations adjustment, we can make production accurate and easy. At the same time, one-key quick kernel shell separation technology can create higher output and higher kernel rate.
Generally our nuts sorting machine is with 6-8 feed channels and we support up to 8 discharge ports /exits. It can sort walnut raw mateial, 1st channel kernels, 2nd channel kernels, 3rd channel kernels, chopped kernels and walnut shells.
