Features:

  • standard 1.6 lbs top quality virgin EPS foam cores (2.0 available), taper from 4 inches thick at the middle to 3 inches thick at the edges non-corrosive galvanized steel C-channel center bar, as the foam reinforcement polyethelene vapor barriers around the foam, to keep moisture out;

  • double reinforced folding hinge, full hinge steam stoppers seal the whole hinge area, not only at the end of the hinge;

  • upgrade options: mesh backside liner, double-wrapping option, aluminum wrapping on the foam cores, stainless steel frame reinforcement, split cover corners etc.
