Petrochemical Industry N06600 W.Nr.2.4816 Sheet/Plate Inconel 600 Strip 8.47 G/Cm3 With High Temperature Stability
Product Introduction
Inconel 600 strip is a nickel-chromium-iron-based high-temperature alloy strip with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability, and is widely used in the petrochemical industry. Its main components include 72% nickel, 14-17% chromium, 6-10% iron, and a small amount of aluminum, titanium, silicon and other elements. This alloy forms a stable oxide film at high temperatures, effectively preventing oxidation and corrosion, and can maintain good mechanical properties at temperatures up to 1000°C or above. Its density is about 8.42-8.47 g/cm³, its melting point is between 1354-1413°C, its thermal conductivity is 14.8 W/(m·K), and its linear expansion coefficient is 13.3 × 10⁻⁶/K. Inconel 600 strip is often used in the manufacture of reactors, heat exchangers, storage tanks and other equipment in petrochemicals to ensure the long-term stable operation of equipment and pipelines. In addition, the alloy has good mechanical properties, with a tensile strength of up to 550 MPa, excellent yield strength and elongation, a hardness between HRC 30-90, and HRB 65-85 after annealing. Its excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature stability make it the preferred material for handling corrosive materials.
