Product Introduction
CuNi8 wire (NC012) is a copper-nickel resistance alloy wire, mainly composed of copper and 8% nickel. It has a low resistivity of about 0.49 μΩ·cm and can work stably at temperatures up to 200°C. The tensile strength of CuNi8 wire is usually around 270 MPa, the yield strength is about 110 MPa, and the elongation remains above 25%, showing good mechanical properties and plasticity. In addition, CuNi8 wire also has good processing properties, is easy to draw into wire, and its mechanical properties can be optimized by appropriate annealing treatment.
