Product Introduction


Incoloy 800H wire is a high-performance nickel based alloy wire with excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance. Its chemical composition includes high levels of nickel (30% -35%), chromium (19% -23%), and iron (balance), with small amounts of aluminum and titanium
These components endow Incoloy 800H wire with excellent corrosion resistance, especially in chloride and high temperature and high pressure water environments. Incoloy 800H wire has excellent corrosion resistance, good stress corrosion resistance, and good processability in extremely high temperature aqueous media up to 500 ℃. It can maintain good mechanical properties at high temperatures and is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature reactors, heat exchangers, furnace tubes, and other equipment.
