Product Introduction
Incoloy 825 wire is a high-performance nickel based alloy wire with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature stability, widely used in energy, chemical, marine engineering and other fields. Its chemical composition includes high levels of nickel (38% -46%), chromium (19.5% -23.5%), iron (balance), copper (1.5% -3.5%), and molybdenum (2.5% -3.5%), which endow Incoloy 825 wire with excellent corrosion resistance, especially in corrosive media such as chloride ions and hydrogen sulfide. Incoloy 825 wire maintains good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperatures up to 550 ℃, with excellent oxidation resistance and non oxidative hot acid properties. Its typical applications include heating tubes, containers, baskets, and chains in sulfuric acid pickling plants, seawater cooling heat exchangers, marine product pipeline systems, acidic gas environment pipelines, and air heat exchangers in petroleum refining.
