RS2600 Raman Based Multi-gas Analyzer

Transform metal production with RS2600's simultaneous analysis of N₂, H₂, CO, and other critical furnace gases. This in-situ analyzer's pressure-immune technology maintains accuracy despite turbulent process conditions, while its 500+ gas library covers all non-inert species. The <2-second response time enables real-time combustion optimization and slag quality control.

Particularly effective in steel mills and heat treatment facilities, it prevents costly shutdowns through early detection of hazardous gas mixtures. The system's unique capacity to measure 0-100% concentrations without range switching makes it ideal for monitoring protective atmospheres and reducing energy waste.
