Applications:

We have the capability to manufacture a variety of large module gears based on drawings using different materials including Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel. These gears can comply with various standards including ASTM DIN, EN GOST JIS, and other regulations. Our gears can be made through forging or casting, depending on specific requirements.

The module of gears we produce ranges between 1-40 and we can grind gears up to a maximum module of 24. Our gear wheels can have a maximum diameter of 8000 mm whereas the spiral gears can have a maximum diameter of 2000 mm. The length of our gear shafts can be a maximum of 5 000 mm and we provide OEM service as per customer drawings.
