1. What is the difference of flint or super/extra flint glass bottle?

The flint glass bottle can meet most of the bottle requirement, it’s transparency is very good.

However, the super/extra flint glass bottle can offer a very high transparency feature in the glass,

very similar to crystal. Its mainly achieved by a special formula of the raw material. The super flint

glass bottle stands out on the table or any other platform for the superb shininess. The super flint

glass bottle is the best presenter for the high end spirits product, suitable for all spirits such as

whiskey, brandy, cognac, gin, vodka, rum, tequila etc.

2. What is the minimum order quantity of custom bottle?

We, Chongqing Jewhui Glass understands the client’s need is top priority, no matter for the

startups, or any client who would like to try a new bottle for a test run, we are here to help to

offer flexibility. Normally in China the MOQ for a custom bottle is 20,000 or 10,000, but we can go below

6,000 pieces per run. Please send us enquiry and let us know your specific requirement.

3. How much does the sample mold and mass production mold cost for the custom bottle?

Sometimes we shall send you samples free of charge if there is some stock bottle. we charge

a little for new bottle design, mainly pass on the cost from the mold factory. We charge no more than

USD1000 for the sample mold. For the mass production mold, depending on your quantity, we

charge different at 2000~3000USD.

4. Intellectual property infringement

We understands the international practice, the importance of the IP protection, the effort and value

of any unique design. We will strongly protect the unique design of your custom bottle , glasses or

any other glass product. The design, any drawing, samples will not be disclosed to any third party

without your written confirmation. In addition, it will not be used for our own promotion without

your consent. Your IP files and samples will be kept confidentially.
