NM Fire 153 HP UL Listed Fire Pump Diesel Engine Equipped with Heat Exchanger

Fire Diesel Engine:

It is a kind of engine in accordance with fire fighting standard. Compared with normal engine, it is more stable and reliable. Its

design concept is to protect the security of human and their property, but normal engine considers more about its performance.

The Disel engine driver shall be of highly reputable make, of heavy duty design and conform to the rquiremetns of UL 1247 and

shall be UL Listed UL Fire Prot Dir of FM approved FM app guide for fire pump service .

The engine shall be closed circuit.

Diesel engine shall be of electric start type and be equipped with a fuel in-line filter water separator.

Diesel engine conditions shall be monitored with engine instrumentation panel that has a tachometer, hour meter, fuel pressure

gauge, lubricating oil pressure gurge, water temperature gauge, and DC Voltage ammeter gauge.

The fuel supply and return arrangement shall be compliant with NFPA 20. The fuel supply and return lines shall be

manufactured out of a mechanically strong, leak-tight, heat and fireproof material, which should resist deterioration

dure to age or environmental conditions. (Reinforced flexible metallic or hose connections would be preferable).

Galvanized and copper fuel lines shall not be considered. The supply and return lines shall be sized to keep friction

losses to a minimum and shall be as short and straight as possible. The number of connections on the piping shall be

kept to a minimum.
