DESCRIPTION

1.Operation Principle: Resistance Welding is when electrodes place pressure on the work pieces and turn on power, the contact resistance between electrodes produce heat to melt the metal and weld the work pieces together. No need to add any solder, high efficiency, low cost.

2.Heavy duty gantry structure, upper electrodes use multilayer cylinders to place direct pressure, more pressure per unit area, so guarantee the welding quality.

3.The space between cylinders, the number of operational cylinders and welding specifications can be adjustable. So one welding machine can weld many different specifications of wire mesh, general and high efficiency.

4. The welding specifications such as wire diameter, wire distance, welding speed can be adjustable, so the welding quality is reliable and beautiful.

5. The key part transformer we use best quality, all made of copper, when welding iron wire no spark and good quality.

6. Inside the machine we use strong water cooling so the machine can work continuously.
