DESCRIPTION

Projection welding is commonly employed to weld nuts and bolts onto sheet metal components. It is frequently specified where it is desirable to make more than one weld in a small area or where it would be advantageous to make two or more welds simultaneously on a stamped or formed part. To do so the metal must be sufficient to support the projection until proper heating is reached to make a weld.

This projection welder uses capacitor to store energy and to release instantaneous current. So it can minimize the situation of oxidization or mechanically deformed due to overheat during the process of welding. If there is embosses on the handle, the machine could do welding of several spots together at the same time.
