Hwashi IBC Cage Frame Automatic Welding Machine Automatic Production Line is a production line designed specifically for the production of IBC cage frames. It comprises multiple machines, each of which serves an integral part of the line. This includes a cage frame automatic welding machine, mesh unloading mechanical arm, mesh turnover structure, automatic frame bending machine, locking machine, hole making and punching machine, as well as an automatic production line moving arm. Notably, this production line can be operated by only 2-3 people. It requires minimal inputs from the operator as they only need to load materials to the frame welding machine and unload them at the end of the line. Additionally, an automatic base frame welding machine and unloading mechanical arm can be incorporated into the line for base frame production.
