Stainless steel wire butt welding machin is able to weld solid wire with 6.5mm thickness . Butt welding 1 mm minimum thickness wire. Be able to joint the two ends of work pieces together. To utilize the contact resistance of the two ends on the connecting position to generate high temperature and high heat to achieve welding effect under pressure. This machine could choose three times of discharging. As for medium carbon steel, this machine possesses the function of preheat and welding anneal and is specially equipped with parallel straight slide to ensure the parallel pressure of forging power of the welding product so as to achieve smoothness and firmness on the joint position. The power of butt welding machine we produce is from 3KVA to 600KVA. It can be used to weld 10mm of iron wire and metals like stainless steel, steel, copper, etc. Applicable to all kinds of hardware.
