The machine will conduct welding automatically.

Nuts Automatic Feeding System

The nuts will be placed in the vibrative plate. Through the vibrating process, cam transmission, selection, lining up, the nuts will enter into distributor. And the nut will enter into welding position and being welded one by one through distributor.

1) The vibration plate is designed to equip with the function of preventing the nut turning back and noise;

2) High speed of sorting function to ensure the feeding speed of nut;

3) Use multidigit sensor to form the full closed-loop automatic function. This can ensure the reliability of the machine;

4) The moving parts are made of special material to ensure low transporting friction while lower the production cost.

5) Any shape of the nut could be achieved automatic feeding.
