This state-of-the-art CNC sink grinding machine operates on the cutting-edge principle of abrasive belt polishing. Propelled by an electric motor, the abrasive belt ensures precise polishing on the welded sink's edge. The polishing process unfolds in two meticulously crafted stages. Initially, the coarse abrasive belt adeptly eliminates excess cutting edges and eradicates projection welding spots. Following this, the fine abrasive belt takes over, delivering meticulous polishing to perfection. This dual-process approach guarantees that the sink undergoes an unparalleled grinding and polishing treatment.

What sets this machine apart is its incorporation of the Mitsubishi professional automatic control system. This advanced control system not only simplifies the operation but also adds a layer of sophistication to the entire process. Inputting the product's coordinate data and initiating the machine sets off a seamless execution of grinding and polishing by the abrasive belt, meticulously following a preset program. This automation liberates the worker to concentrate on placing and retrieving the sink, optimizing the workflow and overall operational efficiency.

The product will be fixed on the locating mould. The servo motor will drive the X and Y axle to run within the preset data of program. The machine could store 15 types of grinding models. The grinding wheel will move along with X direction and the max moving range is 1220mm while the max moving range of Y direction is 620mm. The Z axle can conduct moving up and down within the range of max 250mm while the A axle can conduct 360ºrotating under the control of servo motor. This machine is suitable for different directions of product.
