This integrated detection line is equipped with cutting-edge components such as an automated valve welding machine, a state-of-the-art leakage testing machine, and an efficient stacking line. Adhering to the stringent production standards of IBC tanks, our process involves the application of advanced techniques like automatic valve feeding and hot melting for precise valve installation on the tanks. Rigorous quality assurance is maintained through visual identity leakage testing and a secondary pressure difference detection, ensuring that only compliant inner tanks progress along the production line. The implementation of a sophisticated mechanical arm facilitates the seamless transfer of inner tanks into the complete frame, which then smoothly transitions onto the rotary table. Here, the hands-on expertise of operators comes into play as they manually execute the pull rod and cover assembly. The finalized products seamlessly proceed to the stacking station, marking the culmination of a thorough and efficient detection process.
The complete automatic detection line will require 3-4 people to operate.
1. IBC Tank Valve Welding Machine
IBC Tank Cage Frame Production Line Machine
This automatic production line is mainly used to manufacturing the IBC cage frame. It is composed of cage frame automatic welding, mesh unloading mechanical arm, mesh turnover structure, automatic frame bending machine, locking machine, hole making and punching machine, automatic production line moving mechanical arm. The complete line requires only 3-4 person. Operator only need to do the material loading to the frame welding machine, and do unloading at the end of the line. Also we can equip the line with automatic base frame welding machine and automatic unloading mechanical arm for the base frame.
Running process:
Frame welding——bending——locking——hole punching——unloading——base frame welding——base frame loading——manual screw for base frame and outer frame
Inner tank loading——automatic valve welding——leakage detection——automatic cover tightening——put the tank into the frame——manual assembly of the pull rod——complete product stacking
