Automatic Production Line for Intermediate Bulk Container IBC tank steel frames. The production process includes welding from galvanized pipes to frame mesh, bending of the outer frame, riveting of the two ends of the bent mesh frame, flattening and punching of the connection between the bottom pipe and the bottom plate of the mesh frame, and welding of the bottom support steel foot using steel feet as the bottom support.

Machine Consist by following parts:
a.Double layer per-feeding table
1.Adopting the double layer automatic and consistent raw material feeding system. Continuous production can be implemented, thus greatly improving the production efficiency of welding machine.
2.The rear frame part adopts the servo motor drive which connected by chains, conveying guide rail and bearing are equipped to ensure the direction of the mould frame .
b. Main weld Frame
The welding part adopts four 250KVA intermediate frequency transformers, the welding uses the special cylinder, the welding one time molding. High stability and good consistency.
Upper and lower air cylinder design can ensure the flat welding position.
Welding electrode with screw design can make the each electrode more durable.
c. Unloading Table ( automatic unloading available with robotic arm)
