Typically utilizing AC pulse or amplitude modulation current, this method offers flexibility, including options for three (single)-phase rectification, medium frequency, and high-frequency DC. It is suitable for welding single plates with a thickness of up to 3mm.
The seam welding machine employs a pair of roller electrodes, replacing traditional cylindrical electrodes in spot welding. Workpieces move between these rollers, creating a sealed weld with overlapping molten cores that fuse the pieces together. This technique results in a single, unified weld joint and can be categorized as roll spot welding or gas-tight seam welding, depending on the specific core fusion overlap.

Adopt standardized welding electrode. Special electrode molds and welding methods can also be customized according to the product specification.
