Product Application

HWASHI 150KVA Pneumatic AC Projection Spot Welding Machine utilizes the general mains supply to lower the voltage and increase the electric current. Such kind of low voltage but large current will be transmitted from the electrode to the linked point of two work pieces. On the linkage, due to the resistance of work piece, high temperature will occur so the metal will therefore generates high heat to make the work pieces in molten condition. Thus, the purpose of welding the two work pieces is achieved.

We are a professional carbon steel resistance ac spot welding machine manufacturer, the power of the stationary type carbon steel resistance AC spot welding machine and 50k carbon steel ac spot welding machine that we produce is from 25KVA to 800KVA. Multiple same ways forced water cooling system to ensure stability and reliability of long-term operation. 2. Pressurized electrode speed can be adjusted, slow down the impact to welding work piece when pressuring, also reduces the noise when welding. 3.
