Hwashi 15KVA Capacitor Discharge Welding Machine for SS Cookware Pot Handle

The Double-Side Stainless Steel Cookware Pot Handle Projection Welding Machine is specifically designed for welding pot handles. It enables simultaneous welding of both handles, thereby enhancing efficiency. This machine utilizes the projection welding technique to securely join the two handles. Supplied by reputable Chinese suppliers specializing in SS cookware pot handle projection welding machines, this 15KVA unit is outfitted with a single set of capacitor discharge welding power source. It is adept at welding pot bodies with a thickness of 1.2mm, while accommodating handle diameters of 5mm (including embossing).

Detailed Description

1. Commutator welding special machine could adopt the working pricinple of medium frequency spot welding or AC pulse spot welding. Utilize the pneumatic device to clamp and use stepping motor to conduct stepless rotating ( Be able to set the quantity of welding spots on commutator at will).
2. According to the requirement provided by your company: wire diameter: 0.6-0.75mm, the machine is designed as 18 to 36 times of spot welding. Operator only needs to put the work piece into the mould, then the machine will conduct automatic rotating, cycle working, and continuous welding.

1. Main Engine Control System: Adpot the touch screen as the human-machine interface,Choose the PLC as program control system of the whole machine. PLC is in charge of reading data, processing and control signals to ensure the validity of execution orders of the whole machine. Better achieve human-machine conversation.
2. Rotsting System: Adpot the stepping motor control with the function of stepless indexing, high precision, stable speed.
3. Welding System: Adopt the self-developed intelligent microcomputer control system. It will automatically compensate the welding current when the voltage fluctuates to ensure the stable performance of welding.
4.Clamping System: Adopt the mechnical principle and pneumatic direct-acting clamping device with high intensity.
