Product Description

The mesh belt dryer is a food drying equipment, which can dry various materials, such as: agricultural product drying, Chinese herbal medicine drying, fruit drying, feed drying, tea drying, nut drying, chili drying , jujube drying, garlic drying, vegetable drying, etc. According to the characteristics of the product, the adjustment speed, wind speed, and temperature can be adjusted to achieve the stability of the product drying. This series of dryers have the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation strength and good product quality.

Work principle

The machine is a box structure, and a multi-layer conveyor belt is arranged in the box, and the conveyor belt circulates in the box. The material is evenly distributed on the first conveyor belt. Through the transmission of the chain, the first layer of mesh belt is poured into the next layer of mesh belt, and the lower layer is alternately dropped one by one to the last layer of the mesh belt. At this time, the moisture content of the material meets the drying requirements.
