Pipe bundled tube dryer is an indirect heating dryer. It may operate either on countercurrent or down current principals. It can be widely applied for drying loose material in chemical, light, foodstuff and animal feed industries.
This machines has merits of low heat consumption, broad shere of material drying, big production quantity and water evaporation. What is more, it can operate continuously, with no pollution, low noise and clean environment.
To drying one ton of fermented grass powder consumes 15kW/h, only 25% compare to fluid bed. Both the electric power consumption and the steam consumption reach the advanced level of the same kind products. The materials with high water content can be dried, the drying flexibility is wide. The drying time can be adjusted according to the materials property and moisture requirement. It can be continuous operation of high automation, or intermittent operation for special technical process. The machine has less accessories, parts occupy small area, has compact technical process and easy for installation.

1. Pipe bundle drying machine is a indirect contact drying. The structure is the fixed shell with the built-in rotational heating tube bundle with material shovel. the steam enters the inside of tube and pass the heat through the rotational connection and becomes the condensing water then discharges. The moisture in material is heated outside the tube and becomes the steam ,then is dispelled by the moisture extractor fan. The material in the tube bundle is lifted by the rotating shovel and evenly falls over the outer surface of heating tube, then it is pushed to the material outlet from inlet and dried.it can be widely used for drying the spongy wet materials in the chemical industry, light industry ,food and fodder industries etc.t is characterized by the wide drying scope, the big amount of evaporated water, low power consumption and continuous production.
2.The efficient cyclone separator ,high-performance steam trap and the air preheater configuration by using the heat of condensing water are available, according to the feature of material and clients’ request.
