Preface

1. Application and features:

GM Dry heat sterilization oven is mainly used in the sterilization and removal of pyrogen for thermal stable material goods, with the method of intermittent hot air. This oven adopts the structure of double doors, which is in accordance with the GMP specification and standard.

Put the materials into the oven, then start the program, the internal circulation fan starts working, as well as the heating and valve are opened at the same time; so that the inner chamber is heated up rapidly. Under the action of internal circulation fan, dry heat air enters the oven chamber through high temperature resistance high efficiency filter; with the micropore adjustment, there will be a horizontal laminar flow formed to do the heat exchange and circulating. Dry air will absorb the water on surface of goods and discharged through heating channel. Along with the vapor reduces and fresh air filled, the inner chamber is under micro-positive pressure state; with constant temperature finished, the process control is completed. Then open air supply or water supply to cool down, automatic valve will be closed, the sound and light will notice the finish of sterilization.

3. Process control parameters:

(1) Design temperature: 350°C (Setting range of sterilization temperature)

(2) Working temperature: room temperature -330°C

(3) Grade of clean (Dynamic): 100classes

(4) Way of air flowing: Horizontal laminar flow

(5) Control power: Voltage DC24V±10% /AC22OV±10% 50Hz

(6) Power supply: AC380V±10% 50Hz

(7) Cooling way: air cooling or water cooling

(8) Temperature difference of no-load heat distribution inside chamber: ≤±3°C

(9) Temperature difference of full-load heat penetration inside chamber: ≤±10°C (goods are placed reasonable.)

(10) Sterilization period: There will be about 4 hours from putting materials inside the chamber (process started) to sterilization finished (the temperature inside cooled to 60±5°C and take out all the materials). However, according to different control temperature and the way of cooling (water or air), the sterilization period is different. For example, if the sterilization temperature is 300°C, the whole period will be about 4 hours.
