Note:

1. The temperature usually set above 130oC.

2. Fan speed usually set above 60%, fan speed will affect the fan flow.

3. Peristaltic pump usually set 40% at the first, the peristaltic pump speed is the feeding amount, can adjust the parameter according to drying affect.

4. The stylet cycle prevent the nozzle clog, if it is clear liquid can choose not to open stylet cycle, if it is emulsion or suspension liquid, stylet cycle should not be adjusted too low, if not will result in bad atomization effect, usually set 15s.

5. Turn on the operation switch, then turn on the fan and heat switch by step. When the air inlet temperature reaches the set temperature, turn on the air pump, peristaltic pump, then stylet cycle start spray drying.

6. Automatic control method: after the switch is turned on, the temperature reaches the set temperature, then the air pump, peristaltic pump and stylet cycle will be automatically opened. In this operation method, the switch button can not be opened or closed manually, the operation parameters can be adjusted at any time during operation.

7. After spraying the material, the air outlet temperature should not be lower than 60 degrees. If the temperature is lower than 60 degrees, the sprayed water is easy to condense and reverse, and the water content of the material is too high, or the dry powder may hang on the wall and absorb moisture. Under the condition of unchanging the inlet temperature , can increase the fan flow properly to higher the outlet temperature or reduce the feed amount.

8. When press the operation button, it will become a stop button, the switch will be automatically closed except the fan, the fan has a heating and wet cooling protection, the fan can not be directly turned off, only when the inlet temperature is lower than 60, the fan will automatically turn off, and finally the power can be cut off.
